I can’t believe that Summer has been and gone, the time has flown by so quickly and I have so much to catch you all up on! I’m now nearing 6 months into my coaching business and wow, have I learnt a lot!!
First and foremost it’s been just as incredible as I hoped prior to launch being of service to each and every person I have worked with so far – doing this work really lights me up and I have had some lovely testimonies from very satisfied clients which I will upload here once this website undergoes an upgrade which is coming very soon 🙂
In other news, my life partner Jess and I have just launched the Sensitive Solopreneur Support Space, which is a monthly membership for sole traders and small business owners in service of others to get the coaching and emotional support they need to thrive on a rolling basis. In another first, on 1st September I led an online workshop called the Football and Feelings Forum – part one was me sharing some of my story growing up in the world of professional football and the impact this had on some of the challenges I faced later in life. Part two was me introducing some mental and emotional health tips and tools that continue to serve me well and that I also share as appropriate with my coaching clients.
