The Festive Season…

  • by

It’s been an amazing 8 weeks or so, I feel really excited to be sitting here sharing this blog post with you all. As well as having some updates to this website completed, I have been creatively busy these past few weeks.

I am delighted to announce that in addition to my growing private coaching business focusing on 1:1 support, I have become an Associate Partner with Leading In The Now. We take organisations on a journey of reflection and self-discovery and our five-step approach to organisational change offers a clear, concise and humanistic approach allowing you to focus on five clear areas of development, ensuring success at every step: Consultation, Clarification, Communication, Consolidation, Cultivation.

Check us out here:

My life partner Jess Frost and I have also successfully launched our Sensitive Solopreneur Support Space private membership group for business owners who work in service of others. This is a safe space built on the principals of peer support where the emotional experiences we all have running our businesses can be shared and unpacked together. We offer monthly online live group coaching and reflective practice sessions and the occasional themed workshop. We also have an ongoing Voxer group to share our daily challenges and successes together. To find out more and register your interest in joining us, please click the below link:

Finally, I wish you all the happiest of festive periods but I do recognise that this time of year can be really challenging emotionally so I invite you to recognise:

1) the things and people that can trigger us into behaving in ways that do not serve us

2) that setting and maintaining boundaries in order to keep ourselves safe is necessary

3) that it is ok to put ourselves and our needs first, even if this causes discomfort in others

As ever, I would love to hear any comments you may have on this or any of the blogs I have written in 2022 and please do join my mailing list or even say hello by e-maling

Until the next time, sending love x
