I am writing this having woken especially early to welcome in the Spring Equinox, when day and night meet equally and we usher in Springtime. A time to focus on newness and growth, to release what no longer serves you and to find the balance you need in your life.
That said, as i see it you do not need a date in the calendar or a specific time of year to make this happen for yourself. This invitation is available to you constantly.
It is up to you to first of all notice that the opportunity exists, then decide to make a firm choice to change, set appropriate intentions and to commit to taking the necessary aligned actions consistently to create change for yourself.
